  We were seated, given a mug of coffee, and that was it. No cups, creamer, no basics. Then no SERVICE for 40 minutes. We asked 4 different workers for a waiter and all of them said "we'll get one right away!" And then nothing happened. When we FINALLY got help, it was a newer staff member (who was actually very nice and was super nervous about having angry customers, but did fine.) Tables were seated, served, and left before we got help. This is a failure by management in not being prepared for their customers for the day. We won't be returning.

  This is one of the best IHOP locations I have been too. Both hostess and servers are freindly, plus there is a great atmosphere every time we go.

  The food was good. But the furnace was down. Very cold. The staff was awesome. To me they shouldn't have had to work in that kind of condition or had the business open.

  Went into the establishment at 1:00 am. The only server in the building immediately told us that it would be a wait, because she was the only waitress. Several other groups came in and she told them the same thing so people started leaving feeling sorry for the waitress. The manager on duty was in the kitchen cooking and complaining about not being properly trained. It was a mess. Me and my man eventually left also feeling sorry for the waitress and what she had to deal with. I will never return. Ihop showed me that they do not care for their employees nor customers

  After being hung up on twice i finally got to talk to someone and place an order. I asked a question about a menu item. The lady said "I don't be knowing the menu yet". Got there 13 minutes later when they said it'd be ready in 10. At 30 minutes the manager was wondering around trying to piece together our order. No thanks. This place sucks. My suggestion...go further south. Away from Kansas City where service and food is actually decent.
